Today, I lighted a mini-candle in front of my house. On top of my mail box area, where there's concrete.

It was a very open-space, air flowing very smoothly and quick. But I thought, if I meant well enough, maybe it could withstand it..

I went and got my "ka chang" ready.

1. A small miserable candle (b'day candle)
2. A lighter
3. My heart

I went out the yard, selected the top of the concrete, the centre moreover.

I lighted the candle :

1. Stay healthy for as long as I can
2. SPM, fast fast finish, fast fast syok
3. Good results of coz
4. Yee Sook to cure from his illness
5. For fun
6. Meet her

Although the first 4 is reasonable, the last 2 was just an extra. Well, might as well use this opportunity to wish for everything one shot. Someone once told me, if you wish upon a lighted candle, litted it up and place it in a windy area and not extinguish, it means your dream will come true.

I litted the candle, waited for molten wax to drip before I placed it so that it could be stable. It started a bit rough, the wind blew and it almost almost went off... Thank god it did not. It only works once, lighting it up the second time is not going to do any good...

After that, the candle burned brightly despite the rushing winds around my area. Candle in the Wind by John Elton. Gay song. The candle, a birthday candle was so bright that it glowed, shining over the dark. Maybe not all hope is lost. Consider this as my birthday candle as well, since I did not celebrate my birthday this year.

And then the worst of all came, my mom, whom had been so busy-body came out and questioned me burning the candle.

"Boy, dun play wif fire ar..."

Sure, Mom... I'm only like 17? Still too young to play wif fire, I noe...

Sarcastiscally... WTH man.

She used the pipe outside the yard, collected some water between her palms and splashed it onto the candle. Now here comes the best part. The candle had only about 30 seconds left before finishing.

Great way to extinguish off my sincerity. After that, I had to make up some story of why I was burning the candle. I'm lazy to explain the truth, cause that will send me to the nearest psychiatrist by the next morning.

I swear, I'll do it again soon. Next time, without ur supervision. Well I never had any. Next time, without ur obstruction.

That's it.

I'm sorry. Candle.
