I looked up in the sky and saw an airplane gliding across the sky...
While moments ago, well, hour plus ago I had just been text messaging with my sister, Louise..
So you're going to Sydney, eh?
=D
I wonder if that airplane belonged to your flight... It was the only one under the clear sky.. Roughly about 12am. Izit?
I wish it was...
Accompanied by the countless stars, I wish you could see the stars as I could. Up above in the sky. I'm sure it's clearer up there... =)
Part 2
The next day, Kevin had waited anxiously for class to end so he could return to his dorm and complete his quest for changing Sasquatch’s job. Leaving the rest of his friends with just a wave goodbye, Kevin headed to the cafeteria and packed his lunch. Prepared and ready to finish the remaining level so that he could switch his job.
Sitted with both his legs on the chair, Kevin held his polystyrene packed fried rice in his left hand and with his right, he clicked at monsters that were targeted to be eradicated.
By the time Kevin had finished his meal, Sasquatch had gathered enough experience points to make it to level ten. Now, Sasquatch had one quest, to hunt for items that would aid him in his change to another profession.
By the end of the hour, Sasquatch had killed half a hundred Butterflys to obtain the Wing Dust which was the only item required to change his job. He made it to Aedys, the town where all beginners were able to upgrade their profession.
Slowly, Sasquatch made his way to the centre of the map, where Ezoth, the job changing NPC (Non-Playable-Character) stood.
Kevin clicked Ezoth and read through the message. Apparently, Kevin was one Wing Dust short to complete the job quest. Kevin was frustrated, he was thinking of several ways to come up with a solution. Butterflys were a few maps away from Aedys, to get there would take a lot of time.
That was when another character came next to Sasquatch. Another Newbie character which seemed to be changing her profession. Dress the same way as Sasquatch did, this Newbie female character was called Bigfoot. What a coincidence. What a joke. Sasquatch and Bigfoot. They sounded normal like cats and dogs. A simple phrase concerning two huge furry creatures.
Out of ideas, Sasquatch made a move and talked to Bigfoot.
Sasquatch : Ey, can u help mi?
Bigfoot : ???
Sasquatch : I nid another Wing Dust, do u hv 1?
Bigfoot : Yup, I do… U changin 2 mage 2?
Sasquatch : Yea… Thanks very much.
Bigfoot eventually gave an extra Wing Dust to Sasquatch. Kevin was jumping around with joy. Before long, both Bigfoot and Sasquatch had changed their jobs into Mages. Bigfoot was about to leave when Sasquatch moved near to her, halting her.
Sasquatch : Ey, wait…
Bigfoot : ???
Sasquatch : Err… Can v train 2gether? I’m a noob. It’s mi 1st time playin.
Bigfoot : It’s my 1st time playin 2. I dun hv ani idea 2.
Sasquatch : Oh, mind if v train 2gether?
Bigfoot : Oh well, wth X)
Sasquatch : Yay. Thx. =3
And for the next few hours that passed by, Kevin had trained with Bigfoot. Joining the same party and under the help of a tanker, a highly skilled vitality knight, had reached level 20. The level 60 knight named himself Hercules. By obtaining new skills like grappling thunder and other magic skills, Sasquatch and Bigfoot were easily able to kill higher leveled monsters, obtaining a lot of experience points. But they did not speak much to each other, only what was necessary to avoid highly aggressive monsters and battles.
When both of them reached level 20, they returned to Aedys with the knight and sat together, chatting.
Sasquatch : So, I’m 18, how old r u 2?
Hercules : 25.
Sasquatch : Wow, aren’t u suppose 2 b workin?
Hercules : Hey kid, I dun teach u how 2 live ur life, do I?
Sasquatch : Ha ha, LoLz… Sorry. Wat bout u, Bigfoot?
Bigfoot : I’m sry, u were sayin?
Sasquatch : I was askin how old u were.
Bigfoot : My parents said not 2 reveal anyting 2 strangers. XD
Sasquatch : Aww, come on…
Hercules : Jus say, we’ve said ours.
Bigfoot : The truth though………Is tat I’m 81.
Sasquatch : (Jaw drops)
Hercules : OMFG??
Bigfoot : Neh, I was jus foolin u 2.. XP
Sasquatch : Yea rite…
Hercules : Mayb its d truth… LoLz?
Bigfoot : You betcha it isn’t… kakaka.
Sasquatch : Whoops, it’s ald 9pm. I gtg. I hv sum stuff 2 do.

Hercules : Sure guys. C u den.
Sasquatch : Bb..
Bigfoot : C ya.
There was a reason for leaving so early from the game. Tonight there was going to be a small party at McDonald’s. It was sort of like a class party. They held gatherings perhaps once or twice a week at different places in the night. And tonight’s venue was McDonalds, meeting time 9.30pm. Kevin did not want to be late. Just as he switched off his computer, Jake came knocking on the door.
Jake shouted, “hey, 25 minutes, McD!”
“Yea! Gotcha!” Kevin replied.
Kevin could hear Jake’s footsteps diminishing. Without any rush, Kevin took his towel and went into the bathroom. He wanted to stay fresh and cool for the night. He wanted to maintain his image.
After putting on his watch, Kevin grabbed his wallet, room keys and cell phone before leaving his room. As he stood out of the room, he looked left. And then he looked right. No one. Everyone had gone, I suppose? He jammed the key into the door knob, turned and locked it. He made his way down the hall when he remembered something.
Wait, I totally forgot about it.
He turned 180 degrees and walked back down. He stopped at room 306, the room next to his, 305. He gave the door a few knocks and shouted, “Hey, McD!”
The door swung open and there stood Alice, well dressed for the night. With glaring earrings and a purple blouse, Alice had been unusually different. She wasn’t dressed to the max. Just a blouse and a pair of jeans. Simple yet alluring. Kevin always had affection towards Alice, but he could never forget about the pain of breaking up with Ashley. He just wasn’t ready to commit himself to another relationship yet.
Since the course began, Alice and Kevin had lived next to each other. Being neighbors, they had rarely spoken to each other yet they remain fond of each other’s attention. It was Kevin’s duty to guarantee that Alice was always ready for any outdoor class activities. Kevin would always have to call her to ensure she’s coming along. Sometimes Kevin even bought her meals, woke her up in the mornings when asked for so that she wouldn’t be late for class. They were the only two course-mates living next to each other on the third floor. The rest lived in 301, 308 and 310.
Kevin tilted his head slightly, staring at Alice’s beauty before speaking up.
“Shall we?”
“Yes, let’s go!” Alice replied, raising her right hand with her Gucci handbag, revealing her hairless armpit.
They remained silent the whole journey down the hostel stairs. At the bottom waited the remaining of the classmates. Jake appeared and grabbed Kevin by his neck. Jake jabbed Kevin a few times in the waist. The others stared with a happy expression on their face. This is going to be some night.
“Let’s move!” Jake yelled. Jake had always acted like the leader. However, the actual person who came up with this gathering idea had been Leah, the class’s janitor. Needless to explain, just understand that Leah has a hygienic problem.
Everyone smiled and so did Alice, whom had moved away from Kevin when Jake encountered him. Her smile was cute and unbelievably sexy. In a minute, they were on their way to McD’s. To enjoy themselves together as a team, as a class, as friends.
I editted dis pic... =D
Kevin created a new character and named it Sasquatch. In favour of his likings towards the hairy creature. He selected the attributes and outlooks of his character before entering the world called Spira. It was a whole new gaming experience for Kevin. A 3-Dimensional world with figurines all over.
Sasquatch walked along the green grass of the field. Level one, bearing a short knife and weak clothing, he attacked the monsters. Eventually he made it to level two in just ten minutes. Apparently, as he was new, he had no idea of what to do next. So, with the map on the computers top right screen, Sasquatch made his way to town. In the town called Aedys, hundreds of other players had gathered here. Each coming in and out of town, with different purposes. Eventually, Sasquatch managed to get someone to teach him the next step.
Sasquatch had to kill more monsters to achieve a higher level, obtaining more attribute stats which would increase his effiency in slaughtering monsters and picking up money called Zix. Only by obtaining this items will he be able to purchase a stronger weapon to increase his damage.
Kevin had spent the remaining of his day training his character until it hit level nine. It took him an hour, for he had to rest whenever Sasquatch had been injured to the last drop of hit points. To restore it back to normal, it would take some time. Kevin switched off the program and opened Google Chrome where he searched for guides and tips regarding Apocalypse Online.
Apparently, when one reaches level ten, he would be entitled to change his job to a profession with more skills and power. It had been late night by the time Kevin finished reading. He let the soft music play from his library of songs through Windows Media Player as he changed his outfit, covered himself under the comfort of a blanket and slept under the softness of his pillow.
