Today very tiring... Played basketball today morning and evening.. So dam tiring... Fast breaked many times during 5 v 5 full court. Ran de whole full court like 5 times in 2 mins. My thigh muscles are aching like mad. And I mean then and NOW!

Not to mention tat during my trip to pasar malam tonite, my leg went soft and I fell down to the ground. Pain i tell you. Then I had a 5-8 sec heart seizure. Couldn't breathe.. Something is wrong wif my body.. I'm too exhausted perhaps. No one was dere help me thou, dey jus looked at de idiot (me) falling to the ground and coming bak up 10 secs later.

I had some trouble walking home, feeling soft and pain in my legs. Heart, fine by tat time. Thank god. Ish, duwan heart attack at such a young age. Will die wan ar...

From now on, no more running like a mad cow during basketball. Really taking its toll on my body. I can barely feel my legs now. They're resting on a small stool. Hope they're fine by tomoro. Need go running with Qi Xiong again.

And u wanna noe wats so suckish about all these exercise?

It's making me fatter.. Heavier.. I'm not lying...

WTF?! And i intended to make six packs and get lighter..

Saw her today.. Walking wif her bloody fren... Deng.. How to start a talk.. Wait, i dun even noe her? Why is this happening? This cannot be... Isn't basketball about the thrills and frills and excitement? Or is it about her?
